Message to Heaven – Terms of Service
These terms explain how the service works, your responsibilities as a user, and how payments and certificates are handled.
Service Provider
Nuntius OÜ (Message to Heaven) – email support@messagetoheaven.fi
Service Description
The service allows users to write messages, attach images and audio recordings, and schedule message releases. Nuntius Skylink seals the message, converts it into an energy pulse, and sends it to the sky. A certificate is generated for each release, and its authenticity can be verified online. The service handles the sending as a real technical process, but does not define or guarantee what happens beyond the release moment.
User's Responsibilities
- You keep your account credentials secure and do not share them with third parties.
- You do not send illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content.
- You ensure you have the rights to the images and audio recordings you use.
- You are at least 13 years old or of the age required by local legislation.
Payments and Refunds
- Payments are processed through the application store or the payment service you use. Credit is deducted only when the message leaves the queue.
- If a release permanently fails, we will restore the corresponding credit or provide a refund according to our terms.
- Your region's taxes and fees will be displayed at checkout before confirmation.
- Receipts are provided by the payment service you use. Accounting and tax matters are handled in accordance with the law.
Certificates
A certificate with a unique ID and verification page is generated for each successful release. The certificate is technical proof that Nuntius Skylink processed the message, converted it into an energy pulse, and recorded the release moment, not a guarantee of what happens beyond the technical process.
Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy. Messages are encrypted before leaving your device, and we use subcontractors (e.g., Firebase and payment services) based on contracts and legislation.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights to the service's software, content, and brand belong to Nuntius OÜ or our licensors. The user has the right to use the service within the framework of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and does not cover indirect or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
We may update the terms. Significant changes will be announced in the application or by email, and by using the service after the changes, you accept the new terms.
Applicable Law and Disputes
The terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation; otherwise, the competent court is in Estonia, unless mandatory consumer protection legislation provides otherwise.
