Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
All messages and media will be deleted permanently and cannot be restored.
Your account and associated personal data will be removed from our systems as far as technically possible.
Certificate authenticity verification is based on anonymized technical information. After account deletion, personal data is removed, but certificate authenticity verification may remain available in a limited, anonymized form.
You always have the right to request complete deletion of all personal data.
We recommend using any remaining message credits before deleting your account.
Unused message credits cannot be transferred or refunded.
